Terms & Conditions for Treatment Bookings

Lisa’s Beauty and Aesthetic Boutique

By booking an appointment with Lisa’s Beauty and Aesthetic Boutique, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, no-shows, late arrivals, or changes of mind.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited.
• A new booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment.
• Multiple cancellations or rescheduled appointments may require full payment in advance.

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid delays for other clients.
• If there is insufficient time to carry out the treatment safely and effectively, the appointment may be cancelled and the booking fee will be forfeited.

5. Consultation & Medical Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information during consultations.

Lisa’s Beauty and Aesthetic Boutique reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or where contraindications are present.

6. Patch Testing

Where required, patch tests must be completed within the recommended timeframe before treatment.

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your treatment being postponed, and a new booking fee may be required.

7. Results

Individual results may vary depending on factors including skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare advice. No guarantee can be given regarding specific treatment outcomes.

8. Under 18s

Clients under the age of 18 may require parental or guardian consent for certain treatments. Some treatments are available only to clients aged 18 and over.

9. Refund Policy

Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.

Products purchased may only be returned if faulty, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Lisa’s Beauty and Aesthetic Boutique reserves the right to refuse treatment or terminate appointments where clients display inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, paying a booking fee, or attending a treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
